I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Lauren, a holistic Registered Dietitian who supports women with PCOS in their 20s through early 40s achieve regular periods with less pain, hair loss, bloating, and fatigue so they can regain control of their cycles, improve fertility outcomes, and forget that they even have PCOS.
Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions like birth control, restrictive diets, or cookie-cutter group programs, my collaborative and personalized approach empowers clients to build trust in themselves while learning how to best nourish their bodies through tailored and realistic nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement strategies.
“Lauren has truly been the most helpful person I’ve ever worked with regarding nutrition. She listened to all my concerns regarding my digestive issues, bloating, energy crashes, and food fears, and helped me get my diet to a much more balanced place. Since I started working with her a few months ago, my bloating has gone down significantly, I have regular bowel movements, I’m able to stay awake during the day, and overall just feel so much better than I used to. I feel more confident in my food choices and have a better understanding of why I’m making certain choices. I feel like my life is changed for the better and I’m so grateful for Lauren and her passion to help others.”

how we get your period back:
-
This is the foundation of our work together. Many women come in experiencing irregular cycles, fatigue, bloating, acne, hair loss and cravings, while also feeling frustrated, dismissed, and unsure who to trust. This step helps us stop guessing by focusing on understanding your unique physiology through targeted lab work. By restoring key nutrients and improving metabolic health, we support consistent ovulation, which is essential for more regular, predictable cycles and reduced PCOS symptoms. Using an optimal-range lens, we create a personalized nutrition, movement, sleep, and supplement plan informed by labs such as basic bloodwork, DUTCH (dried urine hormone test), GI MAP stool test, and hair tissue mineral analysis, helping you build clarity, confidence, and momentum from the start.
-
It’s time you learn how to eat in a way that actually supports your body. Many women come in skipping meals, cycling through restrictive diets, dealing with cravings and energy crashes after eating, and feeling overwhelmed by meal planning or disconnected from cooking. This is often paired with fear around certain foods, confusion about the “right” diet, and a lack of trust in what foods feel best for their body. This step focuses on teaching you how to build balanced, blood sugar–supportive meals using whole foods to reduce inflammation and support gut health, without restriction or perfection. Together, we create a sustainable meal planning system that fits your lifestyle so eating feels more organized, enjoyable, and intuitive, leading to steadier energy, fewer cravings, more stable moods, and confidence in what and how you eat.
-
It’s time to learn how to recognize patterns, interpret internal cues, and trust what your body is communicating. Many women come in with unpredictable cycles, ongoing cravings, mindless or reactive eating, and limited access to appropriate lab testing. This leads to some yucky feelings of being disconnected from their body, confused about hormones, and feeling out of control with food. This step focuses on building deeper awareness of menstrual cycle patterns, hunger and fullness cues, and symptom signals so you can better understand what’s driving cravings, mood shifts, and cycle changes. By building awareness with your body’s signals, you can develop lasting confidence, trust, and consistency, creating space for mindful eating, reduced cravings, and long-term cycle success without fear or confusion.
“Working with Lauren has been a life-saver! I really wanted to find someone to help me work through binge eating and learn how to improve my nutrition to help relieve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. Each week Lauren has set attainable goals with me and after six sessions I can confidently say that I'm in one of the healthiest places of my life. I feel confident in my hunger and fullness signals and I'm able to choose more nutritious foods. The changes we've made to my nutrition have greatly helped my rheumatoid arthritis and it shows in my blood work! My inflammation levels have dropped to the lowest they've ever been since I was diagnosed. I'm so thankful for Lauren and her guidance.”

'“My experience with PRN was Five stars. I was managing a few health-related issues that I hoped could be positively impacted through food. Lauren was extremely kind, thoughtful and easy to talk with and helped me develop realistic nutrition strategies that were not hard to implement. It was encouraging and empowering. I learned way more than I expected and after only three sessions am pretty astonished by how much better I am feeling. Significantly, Lauren also worked with my health insurance so that I received coverage for this important support. Lauren is generous with her time and expertise and I could not recommend her more highly.”
