What’s included in my 1-on-1 package:
Initial assessment: this is a gathering session that will allow you to share your story with me more deeply. We will review your health history, current health struggles, food choices, and lifestyle. I will share the important pieces that stand out to me and we will end the session discussing the best path forward for you! This session is 90 minutes.
5 follow-ups: follow-up sessions allow us to check in on progress and goals, review any recent labs, answer any questions you have, and explore solutions to your ongoing challenges. Follow-ups are critical to ensure you are establishing habits and getting the support you need! These sessions are typically 45-60 minutes.
Sessions will allow us to create a collaborative and fluid individualized plan to help you reach your goals by using the following 6 pillars:
assessing the right type of labs and bloodwork to help tailor any recommendations
upgrading your food choices in a way that is sustainable and makes you feel your best

1-on-1 nutrition counseling package:

3-month payment plan: $450 downpayment + 2 installments of $380
*If you have BCBS, UHC or Aetna as your health insurance provider, it’s possible (but not guaranteed) that sessions are fully covered by your insurance provider.
