Upcoming Bloating Workshops
While so many of us commonly struggle with chronic bloating, it is not normal! Join me and a pelvic floor physical therapist as we share simple strategies to help manage bloat. Come learn the basics of what’s going on in the GI tract from top to tail, and where things can go awry along the way. You’ll leave with practical tips on how and what to eat, and easy-to-implement daily practices to keep that bloat at bay.
