Blood Sugar BOSS was created as a way for me to share the foundations of nutrition that I want EVERYONE to understand in an easily digestible way, while also addressing these common symptoms/conditions I often see in my clients:

All of these things listed above can occur as a result of poor blood sugar management. Trust me when I say that you don't have to have diabetes to have wonky blood sugar levels throughout the day. I see it ALL of the time.

It would be incredibly irresponsible of me to say that all of these things are 100% caused by blood sugar dysregulation because that's simply not the case. There are plenty of other causes. However, I find when we start to work on eating in a way that helps balance blood sugars, many of these symptoms/conditions start to improve!

  • a meal plan (I provide meal ideas, but I will not write you a meal plan)

  • 1-on-1 nutrition counseling
